The problem-framing form
When you choose “Send this problem note,” the information you entered is sent securely to The Idea Group’s hosting service and delivered to start@theideagroup.com. The form includes a hidden anti-spam field and does not add your details to a marketing list.
Information you choose to send
If you email The Idea Group, the message may include your name, work email address, workplace problem, and anything else you decide to share. This information is used to understand your request, reply, assess whether there is a useful fit, and keep a record of the conversation.
Please do not include confidential personal data, passwords, payment information, medical information, or other sensitive material in the problem note.
Website and hosting data
Hostinger may process basic technical information needed to deliver and protect the website and its enquiry form, such as IP address, browser type, requested page, timestamp, and security logs. The Idea Group has not intentionally added advertising trackers or analytics cookies to this version of the website.
Client area and external services
The Client Area link opens clients.theideagroup.com. Any service used there may have its own privacy terms. Enquiry emails are handled through The Idea Group’s Hostinger hosting and email services.
How long information is kept
Email correspondence is kept only as long as it remains useful for the enquiry, an active working relationship, legitimate business records, or legal obligations. You may ask for your correspondence to be corrected or deleted, subject to records that must reasonably be retained.
Questions or requests
For a privacy question, correction, or deletion request, email start@theideagroup.com. The Idea Group may update this notice when the website or its services change; the effective date above will be revised when that happens.
